Our dehydrated bone broth powders should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, ensure the zipper seal is fully closed to maintain freshness for up to 6 months.
Where do you source your ingredients?
We pride ourselves on quality. Our beef bones are 100% grass-fed and finished, while our chicken bones are sourced from organic, free-range farms. All ingredients are non-GMO and hormone-free.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your products suitable for specific diets like Keto or Paleo?
Yes! Our bone broths are high in protein, contain zero sugar, and are low in carbohydrates, making them perfectly compliant with Keto, Paleo, and Whole30 lifestyles.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
